Ad Hoc, are the European market leader in vacant property protection using the Property Guardian model and they manage hundreds off buildings and work with thousands of Guardians across the UK. To find out more about Ad Hoc click here. Our leasing model is an ideal partner service for Ad Hoc, their guardians can access the service when they rent a property. The service operates in the same way as it does for our social landlord clients, with a weekly charge for their products being added to the guardians rent. They too have the flexibility to choose whatever they need from our range of essential products, and we deliver and install them. We’ve already successfully delivered their first London order.
